Field notes from District 5, turned into a wearable graphic. A study of apartment blocks, signage, and everyday infrastructure.
A heavyweight cotton blank tee, sourced locally in Sài Gòn. Boxy cut, mid-weight, chosen for proportion rather than branding.
District 5 is dense, layered, and unmistakably itself — tiled apartment blocks, hand-painted shop signs, and tangled infrastructure. The idea was to translate that visual rhythm into a single graphic that reads like a field note, not a logo.
A quiet, wearable document of a neighbourhood. It works on the street, photographs well in daylight, and ages the way the city does — slowly, honestly.
One-off study. Not produced in quantity. The graphic and process are archived here for reference and future iterations.
